Our programs

OrbaOS product lines share Schedule A — OrbaOS (same referral and implementation rates). Arbor uses Schedule B — Berta (draft; confirm rates before quoting). Opt in to the lines that match your practice.

How it works

  1. Apply. Tell us which product lines you cover — OrbaOS (Instruments, FRTB, GloBE, Cost Doctor), Arbor, or any combination. We review applications weekly.
  2. Sign the MSA. Master Partner Agreement with Schedule A — OrbaOS and/or Schedule B — Berta as applicable. Template only — must be reviewed by a UK solicitor before signature.
  3. Register a deal. Before introducing a prospect, register them. First-to-register wins exclusivity for 90 days.
  4. Get paid. When the deal closes and the customer pays, your commission accrues. Payouts run monthly via Stripe Connect or Wise.

Referral partner

Introduce qualified prospects. We run the sales cycle. Commission on closed-won revenue, capped at 24 months of customer lifetime.

Implementation partner

Lead deployment, integration, or onboarding for the customer. Higher commission rate, plus implementation revenue you bill the customer directly. Certification required.

Strategic partner

Co-sell, joint marketing, exclusive vertical or geography. Bespoke commercial terms; by invitation only.

Who is the legal counterparty?

The Master Partner Agreement is between you and the OrbaOS operator named in Schedule A. This site is operated by Rondanini Publishing Ltd for intake and operations only.

How is attribution handled?

Deal registration is the source of truth. We do not use cookie-based tracking — your registered prospect is yours for 90 days regardless of how the deal progresses, subject to the conflict-of-interest rules in the MSA.

How and when do I get paid?

Commissions accrue when the customer pays us. Payouts run on the 15th of each month for the prior calendar month, via Stripe Connect (preferred) or Wise. Minimum payout threshold is £100.

What about VAT / withholding tax?

UK partners invoice us with VAT where applicable. Non-UK partners must provide tax-residency documentation before the first payout.
